Mrs. V Vedavalli runs the head office in Chennai and has been practicing since the year 1999.

Her extensive knowledge and experience in Taxation laws in India, Corporate Laws, Company formation and Audit & Assurance have been strong pillars for elevating the firm's service capabilities. She has been a strong source of inspiration for young professionals within the organization.

She is known for his knowledge and wisdom on The Income Tax Act, 1961. She has advised a number of companies on corporate income tax matters including, International Tax matters and transfers pricing. Her complete understanding of taxation laws enables him to provide clients with comprehensive and accurate tax advice to their current and future business issues. She has successfully represented clients before tax authorities at various levels on complex tax litigation matters.

She has also advised a significant number of private equity funds, domestic and multinational corporations in areas ranging from designing efficient operating and tax structures, corporate reorganizations, M&As, etc.

She has been involved with a cross section of clients in diverse sectors to help them bring a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management. She is an internal audit expert and has contributed significantly in shaping the firm's management audit practice.

Mr. G. Vasantharajan Chartered Accountant, who has qualified as P.G. Dip in Insurance Management, He has wide range of experience in Accounts, vigilance and internal audit of Insurance Accounts with National Insurance Company Limited, having taken voluntary retirement in May 2004 to become partner in our firm.

Partner Mr G Vasantharajan has carried out 5 inspections on behalf of Insurance Regulatory & Development Authority (IRDA) over a period of two years.

Mr. N. LAKSHMINARAYANA

Mr N Laksminarayana Chartered Accountant has served for over 30 years in United India Insurance Co Ltd., in various capacities before joining us after voluntary retirement.

He has experience of 12 years in accounts, 15 years in Internal Audit, 2 years in Administration and 2 years as Manager in Insurance Ombudsman office, Chennai.

Mr V. S. Naggarajan qualified as CA in the year 1998, practicing in Madurai.

He specialises in the areas of Direct Tax (Tax audit of corporate / non corporate clients, Income tax filing, consultancy.) and Indirect Taxes (GST Registration, return filing.)

Preparation of project reports and Scrutiny of Balance sheet and Key financial indicators as per banking norms & conversant with Provisions and procedures under Companies Act, 2013 & Income Tax Act 1961.
